Internal coaching offer

Here at Southport and Ormskirk Hospitals NHS Trust we have a Coaching Network of internal accredited coaches based at both sites. Coaching is free and open to all staff.

Coaching is suitable for you if you are interested in exploring possibilities and setting goals to move forward. Coaching can help you to:

Think through your career options by working out what’s important in your life right now
Prepare your for your next role or develop in existing role
Feel more confident in your current role or a particular skill
Overcome particular developmental/ work challenge
Address specific work-related challenges around people, projects, workload, stress or career development.

NW Coaching & Mentoring Hub

Coaching and mentoring is an inclusive offer available to all professions within the NHS and social care, irrespective of pay grade, clinical and non-clinical roles. Whether you are leading an organisation, heading up a service, managing a team or leading yourself and colleagues, coaching or mentoring can support you on your leadership journey.
