New Seed Library being launched as part of Green Libraries Week

The Libraries at Southport and Ormskirk are taking part in this year’s Green Libraries Week, with some fantastic initiatives and promotions.
The trial of the new MWL Seed Library will be officially launched on Tuesday 8th October outside the canteen at Southport. Library staff will be available to explain all about how staff can get involved in this exciting initiative and to encourage and support Trust staff to get growing! Plus, we’ll have some gardening giveaways on the day too. More details about the Seed Library can be found here.
The Library will also unveil its new online sustainability newsletter, the Green Gazette. This is a quarterly publication covering the latest news, research, ideas and tips about all things green!
